Scope of Joinery Works

Manouche is a charming everyday craft bakery and bistro that celebrates the finesse of classical French cuisine while honouring local ingredients and culinary traditions. Drawing inspiration from the eclectic ‘Manouche’ jazz style. after which the bakery is named and from the bouchons of Lyon and bistros of Paris, the space pays homage to rustic, traditional old-world bakeries.

SAW contributed to bringing this concept to life by supplying and installing the industrial-style flooring, featuring 14mm solid industrial walnut parquet strips, expertly sanded and finished onsite to complement the bakery’s authentic and warm atmosphere.
