SAW collaborated with AP Valletta to deliver a bespoke refurbishment of a prestigious Valletta property for Mamo TCV Advocates, navigating strict local regulations and high-end specifications. The project required a careful balance of functionality and refined aesthetics, tailored to suit the building’s historic context.
Our scope included custom joinery for the reception desk and ante porta aperture, creating a striking and functional office entrance. Additional features encompassed circular windows to complement the architectural character, sliding and folding doors, a shelving unit at the printer area, a storage cabinet, and a kitchenette, all designed to elevate comfort and operational efficiency within the office.
The completed fit-out demonstrates SAW’s expertise in precision joinery and high-end office interiors, delivering a professional environment where design, functionality, and heritage coexist seamlessly.
