SAW partnered with AP Valletta to execute a bespoke refurbishment of a prestigious property in Valletta for Mamo TCV Advocates, navigating complex local regulations while adhering to high-end specifications. The project demanded meticulous planning to ensure that every element respected the building’s historic character while meeting the functional needs of a modern law firm.
Our scope of work included custom joinery for the reception desk and ante porta aperture, establishing a striking and highly functional office entrance. These pieces were designed to make a strong first impression while reflecting the firm’s professional identity, seamlessly integrating with the overall architectural intent of the space.
Additional features encompassed circular windows that complemented the heritage aesthetics, alongside sliding and folding doors, a shelving unit at the printer area, a storage cabinet, and a kitchenette, all tailored to enhance both operational efficiency and comfort within the office environment. Each element was carefully crafted to meet the exacting standards required for a high-profile legal office.
