Following our successful collaboration on LOA, SAW was once again entrusted to deliver the interiors for TORA, a themed restaurant defined by bold, Asian-inspired design and refined materiality. The project called for a complete joinery package, crafted to embody the venue’s moody yet elegant atmosphere.
Our scope included wall panelling, soffits, fire doors, wooden partitions, and solid oak elements stained black, all contributing to the restaurant’s immersive ambience. The main bar, terrace bar, outdoor waiter station, and host stand were executed with precision to achieve both aesthetic coherence and operational efficiency.
Seating zones were enhanced through a mix of banquette benches, dining and coffee tables, and bespoke cabinetry, including bathroom vanity units. Structural features such as timber-wrapped columns and detailed wall cladding were carefully integrated to align with the minimalist design language and architectural flow of the space.
The result is a cohesive, atmospheric interior that balances boldness with restraint. Every custom element from the solid oak finishes to the tailored joinery reinforces TORA’s distinctive identity, creating a dining environment that is both visually striking and functionally seamless.
