The refurbishment of Ostrica Nera centred on reimagining the interiors of this much-loved seafront restaurant in St Paul’s Bay. With just one week allocated for the full transformation, the project required meticulous coordination, rapid execution, and unwavering precision to ensure the restaurant could continue operating with minimal disruption.
SAW’s scope covered a comprehensive interior upgrade, including all bespoke joinery, custom furniture production, and the integration of new design elements throughout the dining area. Every component was carefully detailed, manufactured, and installed to align with the refreshed aesthetic while supporting the high-traffic, fast-paced nature of the venue.
Key features of the fit-out included newly crafted seating and tabletops, updated joinery finishes, and tailored functional elements that enhanced both durability and visual harmony. The streamlined installation process ensured consistency across all areas despite the extremely compressed schedule.
