Iniala Harbour Houses embodies the quintessential charm of the Mediterranean, and SAW was proud to collaborate once again with Iniala following several previous projects. This partnership focused on delivering an elegant, high-end, and exclusive finish that reflects the prestige of the property in the heart of Valletta.
Our scope included the design and construction of Maltese-style balconies, overlooking the Grand Harbour, engineered to meet high standards of acoustic performance and weather insulation. In addition, we delivered external apertures, all fitted interiors, and fixed joinery such as fire doors, cladding, and interior doors, ensuring every element contributed to both aesthetic refinement and functional durability.
The result is a meticulously crafted environment where heritage-inspired design meets modern precision, showcasing SAW’s expertise in high-end residential and boutique hotel joinery.
